like the average civil servant has enough time to go prowl
around for them
and the average minister is so busy attending functions,
national day dinners, hari raya dinners, chinese new year dinners
and all to think about them too!
the idiot mini-stars have so many free lunches and dinners it's a
wonder that they're not all fat bastards by now...
but then, from what i've observed, they don't seem to partake in
the "coarse tea and bland rice" of the masses, they seem to hang
around and disappear after the photo is taken of them shaking hands
or kissing babies..
